Description
Also called glycerol, glycerin can be derived from animal or vegetal origin and also be synthesized in laboratory.
Active principle
It preserves skin moisture and suppleness. Some studies indicate that the glycerine present in the skin intercellular layers (between cells) may help natural lipids to function better.
